Product Features
The sash can be designed as a bench-mounted, floor-mounted, or low-height version. The clear headroom is always at least 1800 mm from the floor. The sash is a closed system, meaning the counterweights are built-in, and the sash is assembled, adjusted, and tested at the factory. There are various connection types for the sash to the factory-made side walls. The flexible, modular system makes connection very easy. The factory-made side walls and the back wall with the roof can be assembled without the sash. All media can also be installed beforehand. The sash is only installed after the installations are complete.
Upon request, an automatic closing system can be installed. The corresponding control unit is included. The closing system is fully integrated and tested in the sash. It operates independently of the exhaust air control. A motion detector and a light barrier built into the handle monitor the system.
Horizontal cross sashes can also be installed in the main sash. Depending on the width of the main sash, these can be designed with 2 or 3 movable panes. The panes slide in grey PP profiles. With additional active air, the extraction capacity can be reduced to approx. 300 m3/h (per linear meter of sash width). The active air is blown in through an additional fan via the sides and over the bench profile.
