The complete laboratory infrastructure ceiling was manufactured, delivered, and installed on-site in the USA using a pre-fabrication process. This significantly reduced construction time. Wobatech's net installation time was divided into two clearly structured construction phases. Planning was carried out entirely in BIM, ensuring precise coordination of all trades and minimizing interface risks. For clients and architects, this meant high planning reliability and transparency. The prefabricated modules were delivered just-in-time directly to the construction site, ensuring a smooth installation process.
