Research and development focuses on bioreactors, filtration systems, and other technologies for the biopharmaceutical industry, while laboratory areas are directly networked with offices to accelerate and streamline innovation processes.

Wobatech Services

Opened in 2023, the project sets new standards in sustainable construction: certified with DGNB Platinum, realized in an innovative wood-hybrid construction, and utilizing Lower Saxony's largest geothermal field for efficient heating and cooling. Wobatech supplied the complete laboratory technology made of aluminum – produced resource-efficiently, highly recyclable, and designed for longevity. Thus, the building exemplary combines state-of-the-art technology, energy efficiency, and ecological responsibility.
