In Monheim, Bayer researches the safety of plant protection products, conducts residue analysis, metabolism and exposure studies, and develops the next generation of sustainably effective chemicals for regenerative agriculture using AI-supported molecular design (CropKey).

Wobatech Services

The laboratory infrastructure was delivered in fully prefabricated units and installed on site, significantly reducing construction time. The entire planning was carried out using BIM. Wobatech's scope of services included the complete laboratory ceiling with all trades, media columns, spot extractions, and modular partition walls. Delivery was just-in-time directly to the construction site in Monheim. The project is currently still under construction.
